This is how the box scheme works:

GOLD bag customers contact us and decide which bag(s) they wish to receive on a regular basis.
They are asked to pay a minimum of a month in advance.

Choice bag customers contact us each week (on Monday a.m. at the latest) with their varying requirements for the week.

We pack the bags and deliver them to the drop-off point near your home (currently on a Wednesday).
Alternatively you can come and collect them directly from GWG.
Community drop-off points have been set up in the following locations, with more to come:
Clapham, Bentham, Settle, Skipton, Kirkby Lonsdale, Ingleton, Horton, Lancaster, Hornby, Austwick
We incorporate bought-in produce in the following order of priority:
- Local (40 mile radius)
- We have a number of local suppliers, mainly in the Pilling area

Regional
- Suppliers in Lancashire and Yorkshire (where local produce is unavailable)

British produce
-
European produce
- When out of season in this country
-
Rest of the world
- Mainly citrus and exotic fruit
Regular GOLD Bags
Regular bags are provided for those customers who prefer the convenience of having us do all the work
of selecting the produce.

Choice Bags
Choice bags are provided for those customers who prefer to choose the contents of
their bag themselves, and require grocery items that are stocked in our
organic farm shop.
- To cover the extra administrative costs, there is a minimum order of £25.00,
which includes a £2.00 packing charge
- Orders must be received by 10:00am on a Monday
