Apple Fool

 

Serves 4

1 ¼ lb (600g) apple puree (Bramley is nice for this)

½ teaspoon cinnamon

Juice of 1 lemon

¼ pint (150ml) single cream

2 tablespoons of grated chocolate

  1. Mix the apple with the cinnamon and lemon.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream and decorate with the chocolate.
